Katie opposes plans for private development of our parks and is committed to preserving our parks as public spaces with amenities for our entire community to enjoy. With her background in consumer insights, Katie will make sure community voices are heard and respected as she works to strengthen partnerships that preserve our parks.

Katie will promote smart, community-driven development that helps our entire township thrive. Great parks, strong schools, and vibrant neighborhoods make Anderson Township a sought after community to live. With the right focus, we can build on that foundation to reinvigorate our commercial districts, improve neighborhood walkability, and provide housing choices that meet the needs of residents at every stage of life.

Katie will fight wasteful spending, promote transparency, and make sure our budget reflects community priorities. Katie will push for responsible use of all tax dollars- including tax increment financing (TIF) funds- and ensure that long-term financial decisions strengthen our township without burdening future generations.
