Katie Nappi is a proud mom of three, Army veteran, retired business executive, and community volunteer.

As a US Army veteran, Katie knows the importance of teamwork, discipline, and getting things done. After graduating from Harvard with a degree in biochemistry, Katie served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Aviation Support Platoon Leader and Battalion Chemical Officer. Katie will fight for our community with the same commitment, courage, and integrity she brought to her military service—focused on progress, not politics.

As a longtime expert in consumer insights, Katie knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and bring people together to solve problems. Katie earned an MBA from the University of Virginia and moved to Ohio to work for Procter & Gamble, where she helped businesses better understand and serve their customers. Katie will bring that same strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making to township leadership, ensuring policies reflect the needs and values of our residents.

Katie is a dedicated community volunteer who runs a youth sailing program serving families in Anderson and across southwest Ohio. As a leader and treasurer on two nonprofit boards, she knows how to set priorities, manage budgets, and make smart decisions with limited funds. Katie will work to make sure public money—including funds from tax increment financing (TIF) districts—is spent on what matters most to the community.

In her free time, you can find Katie walking the trails in our amazing parks, sailing with her family on Cowan Lake or helping families discover their roots through her passion for genealogy.
